Pulwama Terror Attack: Jaish-e-Mohammed claims responsibility

In a sudden terrorist attack, at least 37 jawaans of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed in a major terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama on February 14. Pakistan-based terrorist gang Jaish-e-Mohammed has claimed responsibility for the attack.

The attack has left the entire country in shock. According to reports, the vehicle used by the terrorists was a Mahindra Scorpio carrying more than 350 kg of explosives. The injured have been moved to the army base hospital in Srinagar, 20 km from the attack site. Reports confirmed that the car carrying explosive was driven by Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist Adil Ahmad Dar.

Adil Ahmad, also known as “Adil Ahmad Gaadi Takranewala” and “Waqas Commando of Gundibagh”, who joined the Pakistan-based terror outfit last year. According to police records and government officials, Adil was a school dropout from Gundibagh village in south Kashmir’s insurgency hotbed of Pulwama district.
