Priyanka made her acting debut in a short film in Raani Aattam as Samudeeswari. She has hosted several shows such as Airtel Super Singer Junior, Kalakka Povathu Yaaru, Kings of Comedy Juniors, Super Singer, and more. She began her professional career with ZEE Tamil before she shifted to Vijay TV. Priyanka won the Best Anchor award (Female) at Vijay Awards 2023.
