Her role as Deepa in the Karthika Deepam Telugu serial received critical acclaim. Premi also appeared in other television shows like Badai Bungalow, Sell Me the Answer, Smart Show, Pularkkalam, and more. She is playing a prominent role in #NC22 starring Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty in the lead role. The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu.
