Prem is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Tamil film and television industry. He gained success through television serials, while he was also the winner of the reality dance show Jodi Number One (Season 1). In the Nadigar Sangam elections held on 18 October 2015, Prem was elected as Executive Committee member. Recently he was seen playing the role of Police officer Simon in 2017 blockbuster film Vikram Vedha, alongside Madhavan. Actor Prem Details

Prem was born and brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He is the son of a late DSP. The popular singer Harish Raghavendra is his brother-in-law. He made his acting debut in a television serial Anni produced by K. Balachander and directed by Samuthirakani. He made huis big screen debut as a lead role in the film ‘Dhanam’ pairing with Sangeetha. His notable movies are ‘Nepali’, ‘Vallakottai’, ‘Unnaipol Oruvan’ and ‘ Briyani’. He even acted in 2 kannada movies. His latest movie was the Karthi starrer ‘Vikram Vedha’. He married Hamsadhwani, a sister of famous playback singer Harish Raghavendra. The couple blessed with 2 sons. Currently, he is playing an important role in Thalapathy 62, co-starring Vijay in the lead role.
