Step 1: Take two pomegranate fruit’s seeds in a bowl.
Step 2: Convert them into a seed less pomegranate juice using a juice mixer.
Step 3: Add two table spoon corn flour into the pomegranate juice. You may use rice flour instead of corn flour but corn flour will give a very smooth pomegranate pudding.
Step 4: Add two table spoon of sugar into the pomegranate juice.
Step 5: Add one spoon butter on a lightly heated vessel placed over the burning stove.
Step 6: Pour sugar and corn flour mixed pomegranate juice into the vessel when the butter is slightly heated.
Step 7: Gently saute the ingredients until it turns to jelly state from the liquid state.
Step 8: Put some Pomegranate seeds into a chalice.
Step 9: Pour the sauteed mixture onto the chalice.
Step 10: Keep the chalice in a freezer for 1 hour.
Step 11: The tasty pomegranate pudding is ready to serve.
