PM Modi’s Fitness Video, Passes Challenge To Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy
PM Modi’s Fitness Video: The prime minister’s one-and-a-half-minute twitter video comes nearly a month after accepting Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli’s fitness challenge. In the video, PM Narendra Modi can be seen walking on a track inspired by five elements of nature, Prithvi, Agni, Jal, Vayu, Aakash and doing yoga exercises.

He also passed on the fitness challenge to new Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Commonwealth medalist Manika Batra and 40-plus Indian Police Service (IPS) officers.
“Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit,” the PM wrote on Twitter.

Soon after his address, PM Narendra Modi’s verified YouTube channel released a 3D animated video of the PM practising a yoga asana.
This whole challenge chain was started by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore who put up a fitness challenge video and advised people to keep fit and post their videos online.

And the Karnataka CM responded with a reply as he said that fitness is indeed very important and that he does work out, but that he’s “more concerned” about the fitness and development of his state Karnataka.
“I am honoured& thankU very much for d concern about my health I believe physical fitness is imptnt for all&support d cause. Yoga-treadmill r part of my daily workout regime. Yet, I am more concerned about devlpment fitness of my state&seek ur support for it,” tweeted the chief minister’s office.
