Petta Movie Review {4/5} | Get Rajinified
Petta Movie Review: After the huge hit of 2.0, Rajinikanth is back in theatres with Petta. Directed by Karthik Subburaj, Petta stars Rajinikanth, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, Simran, Trisha, Sasikumar, in the lead roles. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director for this film and S Thirunavukkarasu handles the camera.
Petta is an Epic Movie that bring our Vintage Rajinikanth Back. Superstar plays as a hostel warden in Dehradun. There is a mysterious past why he works in North India. He has a reason which finds its way to haunt him. The proceedings put him opposite a politician and his son. The movie is expected to be a ‘typical Rajinikanth film’ unlike Kabali and Kaala. The film promises a throwback to the vintage Rajinikanth and has kola mass moments. His style has certainly paid off as people are still crowding to theatres to see Thalaivar.
The climax of Petta is little disappointing and slows down the film heavily. The director could have handled the climax part in a better manner.
