Pathonpatham Noottandu is a Malayalam drama inspired by true events, which is helmed by Vinayan. Gokulam Gopalan managed the film’s production under the Shree Gokulam Gopalan movies banner. Siju Wilson and Anoop Menon are the protagonists of the film along with Chemban Vinod Jose, Sudev Nair, Indrans Kochuvel, and Kayadu Lohar playing vital roles. Jayachandran composed the songs while Santhosh Narayanan composed the film scores. The film is slated to release on 8th September 2022 in Malayalam. The dubbed version of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada will be released simultaneously.

The film is about a fiery Ezhava community which is known as the largest Hindu community, originated in Kerala. The protagonist (Siju Wilson) is playing the character of Arattupuzha Velayudha Panicker, who is a social reformer and chieftain of Ezhavas. He fought against the upper classes people who dominated the Ezhavas and other cast people.
