Pandiraj is an Indian film director and producer, who predominantly appears in Tamil film industry. He made his directional debut movie Pasanga in the year 2009, which is a commercially hit movie, with that, it has grabbed some awards that includes National Film Award for Best Screenplay. As of 2015, he directed nearly four movies and introduced several actors and technicians in all major departments to Tamil film industry. Pandiraj Details

Pandiraj was born on  7 June 1976 Virachilai Township, Pudukkottai district, Tamilnadu. Pandiraj family is now residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and his father name is Chinnaiyah and his mother name is Meenakshi. His schooling and graduation details will be updated soon. Once after his schooling, he moved to Chennai in the year 1996 at that time he worked as an office-boy with director K. Bhagyaraj. In his early days, he used to write various short stories for the famous Tamil Book Bagya. Then he gradually increased his interest in filmmaking after many hurdles he joined as an assistant director to the filmmaker Cheran. Then he worked as an assistant director to Thangar Bachan and Chimbu Deven for nearly six films.

In the year 2009, he became a director with director M. Sasikumar agreeing to produce the film titled Pasanga. It is a children film, with that, several new child artists appeared in this movie and in this movie Actor Vimal appeared in lead role. Then this movie was a critical success by grabbing several national and international awards that include three National Film Awards and it has been screened at various film festivals. Just by following the success of Pasanaga he directed his second film Vamsam with Arulnithi and Sunaina in the lead roles. Then this movie was produced by  Arulnidhi’s father and M. Karunanidhi’s youngest son, M. K. Thamizharasu, which has received positive reviews and went well in the box office. In the year 2012, he started his production company named Pasanga Production. He produced and directed his first movie Marina and it is marked as a debut feature film for the television anchor and comedian Sivakarthikeyan. Then he directed and produced the movie Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga stated with Sivakarthikeyan and Vimal along with Bindu Madhavi and Regina Cassandra. Then he distributed the movie Moodar Koodam a wore dialogue for the Vijay Milton’s movie Goli Soda. Now directed the movie Kadaikutty Singam which is produced by Actor Suriya.
