Oviya Helen is an Indian film actress and model, who worked predominantly in Tamil Film Industry. Kalavani is her debut film in Tamil, which is directed by Director Sarkunam. In this movie, she was introduced as a heroine in 2010, it is one of the rural romantic comedy movies. Then she appeared in other famous Tamil movies. In 2017, she participated in a Tamil reality TV Show Bigg Boss. Oviya Helen Profile and Career

Oviya was born on 29th April 1991 Thrissur, Kerala. She has done her done her schooling in Trissure, then she got her bachelors in Functional English in Thrissur. She is a well-known model and film actress in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi industries. Before she becoming an actress, she is a great model. After she appeared in the movie Kalavani a rural romantic comedy movie her fame got raised, in this movie, she acted as a heroine in that movie with Vimal.

At the time of her studies approached Oviya Helen for his project Kalavani, after this film she was getting loaded with more offers by different South Indian Directors. Moreover, she got an opportunity to act with Tamil SuperStar Kamala Hassan in the film Manmadhan Ambu. Even though she acted in a brief role it was impressed by him and he offered a lead role in his next film Cloud Nine. She also acted in Malayalam and Kannada language films as well.  Apporvaa is her debut Malayalam movie in 2008. Later, she established in Tamil film industry, she got an opportunity to act in Hindi Movies.

In 2017, she appeared in a Tamil reality TV Show Bigg Boss, which is hosted by Kamal Hassan in Star Vijay. From this show, she won most of the viewer’s heart because of her honesty and charm. Once she moved out from the show, she got huge demand from various filmmakers to be a part of their film. She is also entering Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2.
