Nitish Rana is an Indian First Class Cricketer who plays for the Delhi Cricket team in domestic tournaments. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler. Currently, he is playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders team in the 11th season of the Indian Premier leagues. He is an aggressive batsman and a part-time spin bowler. Nitish and long time girlfriend Saachi Marwah got engaged in 2016. The couple got married on February 19, 2019. Nitish Rana was born on 27 December 1993 in Delhi, India. Nitish Rana made his first-class debut on 2015-2016 Ranji Trophy. He ended his first tournament as the leading run-getter of his team. In the 2015-2016 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he was the second highest run-getter of his team. He also showed his class in the 2015–16 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, where he scored 299 runs in 8 innings with a strike rate of more than 175 and an average of 42.71.

In the 2017 IPL, He was bought by the Mumbai Indians team where he was able to show his talent. He scored 471 runs in the 15 innings he played which included 4 half centuries. He gave some match-winning scores at the start of the season. His strike rate in IPL is 128.91. In the 11th season of IPL, Nitish Rana was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders team for a price of 3.40 Crore. He will be playing for KKR this season.
