Nirup Bhandari is an Indian movie actor, who predominantly works in the Kannada film industry. He made his acting debut with the Kannada movie “RangiTaranga,” directed by Anup Bhandari in the year 2015. For his perfromance in that movie, he was nominated in IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Performance in a Leading Role and SIIMA Award for Best Debutant.

Nirup Bhandari was born on 13 August in Puttur, Karnataka, India. Nirup Bhandari family is now residing in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. His father name is Sudhakar Bhandari, a famous director of Kannada film industry and his mother name is Rathna Bhandari. He has a brother named Anup Bhandari, a famous director, lyricist and music composer. He completed his graduation in Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering & Technology, Varagurampatti. Nirup Bhandari wife name is Dhanya and they got married in 2016. He learnt acting in Ratan Thakore Grant acting school and also get trained dance under Sridharan Pillai.

Nirup Bhandari started his acting career as a child artist with the television show titled “Jolly Picnic” and he also starred in the television serial “Advocate Arjun,” as a psychopath. In the year 2015, he made his movie debut with his brother Anup Bhandari’s movie “RangiTaranga,” in the lead role along with Radhika Chetan. Nirup Bhandari’s performance in his debut movie was praised by the critics and also nominated in IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Performance in a Leading Role and SIIMA Award for Best Debutant. In the year 2018, he again starred in his brother’s movie “Rajaratha,” along with Avantika Shetty.
