He did his film debut with Sambaram, in this movie he appeared in a cameo appearance. Nikhil worked in other films like Yuvatha, Om Shanti, Disco, Karthikeya, and more. He is roped in for the lead role in the Swayambhu movie.
Then his first solo lead in the movie Pallavi & Friends. Then he appeared in various movies and showed his talent and won many awards for his movies he got a great breakthrough with the movie Swamy Ra Ra.
