Netflix White Lines
White Lines is a new Netflix original written by La Casa de Papel (Money Heist) creator Álex Pina. Touted to be a seat edge thriller, the series begins when a body of a legendary Manchester DJ is discovered twenty years after his disappearance from the Spanish island of Ibiza.
Later his sister returns to the Spanish island to find out what happened, her investigation leads her through a thrilling world of dance clubs, lies and cover-ups, forcing her to confront the darker sides of her own character in a place where people live life on the edge.
White Lines series was shot in the Balearic Islands including Majorca and Ibiza. According to sources, the entire series will be streamed online on Netflix from May 15.
Produced by Chris Croucher, Andy Harries and Sharon Hughff, the thriller series was jointly directed by Nick Hamm, Luis Prieto, Ashley Way and Alvaro Brechner.
