Mullum Malarum serial is a 2017 Tamil language Romance Comedy soap opera on Zee Tamil HD starring Munish Rajan, Tejaswini Shekar, Pandi Kamal, Vanitha, Janaki, and Balambika. It was premireed on 27 November 2017 and is aired Monday to Friday at 18:30 (6.30 PM). The Mullum Malarum series marks Munish Rajan’s first small screen lead role since 2010.  Tejaswini Shekar is playing the lead role, this serial makes her Tamil-language debut. Mullum Malarum Serial Plot

The story of Mullum Malarum Serial rolls around two brothers Dharmadurai (Munish Rajan) and Kalaiarasan (Pandi Kamal). He is the main protagonist of the series and an uneducated blue-collar worker who works relentlessly to improve the financial status of his family. But his hard work is not recognized by his loved ones. Kalaiarasan is the younger brother of Dharmathurai, an educated professional who is loved and respected by everyone around him. Mahalakshmi is beautiful girl looking to get married to the love of her life, a sudden turn of events makes it difficult for her to cope with life. The twist in the serial comes when Mahalakshmi (Tejaswini Shekar) enters the lives of Kalaiarasan and Dharmathurai. When Kalaiarasan and Mahalakshmi are engaged to be married, fate has other plans in place as Dharmadurai enters their way unknowingly and this relationship comes to a bitter end.
