Mridula Vijai is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Malayalam film and Television industry. She is one of the youngest actresses in the industry who become one of the most loved heroines. Mridula Vijai came to limelight after she portrays the role of Rohini in Bharya serial. The show was telecasted on Mazhavil Manorama. She is also an actress in the Tamil film industry before she got her first big break in serials. She also worked in Kalyana Saugandhikam and Manjurukum Kaalam. Her popular films include Jeniffer Karuppaiya, Kadal Anbe Murikkum. She earned recognition through Malayalam serials. Mridula Vijai was born and brought up in Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She completed her schooling at Cottonhill Girls Higher Secondary School in Thiruvananthapuram. Her father Vijaya Kumar works in a private firm and her mother Rani is a homemaker. She has one younger sister. Initially, Mridula started learning dance forms. She was trained in dance at Dwani School first, followed by television celebrity and dancer, Thara Kalyan. Drawing is her next passion, which she got from her father Vijaya Kumar. She appeared in a channel reality show while studying in the school and reached till semi-finals. She came to limelight at the age of 15 through the movie, Jeniffer Karuppaiya. She then appeared in the Tamil film Kadhal Anbe Murikkum. Later, she got breakthrough in the Malayalam television industry.
