Mission is an action thriller drama directed by AL Vijay. The film stars Arun Vijay and Amy Jackson in lead roles, with Nimisha Sajayan, Abi Hassan, Bharath Bopanna, and Baby Iyal as supporting characters. Mission Chapter 1 was bankrolled by Subaskaran and Rajashekar. GV Prakash Kumar composed the songs and soundtracks. The film will be released in four languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Initially, the film was titled Achcham Enbadhu Illayae, and later, it was made as a tagline to release the movie in multiple languages. It’ll be the comeback film for Amy Jackson after a long break. She was last seen in Rajinikanth‘s 2.0 movie.

Story

The film is based on a common who got arrested for a non-bailable offense. How he escapes from the trap is the main crux of the film.

Release Date

The film is set to screen in theaters for Pongal 2024 (12 January 2024).
