Mini Mathur is an Indian Television Host, Model, and Actress, who predominantly works in Hindi television and film industry. She became a household name by hosting the singing reality show Indian Idol for 4 seasons. Initially, she was a VJ on MTV India where she hosted many popular shows for the channel. She also played a supporting role in the Hindi film I, Me Aur Main. She currently hosts an interview based show with politicians, industrialists and opinion makers called “Dilli Dil Se.” She was a contestant in the famous dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 2 in 2007. Mini Mathur was born on 21 August 1976 in New Delhi, India. She did her schooling in Delhi Public School, RK Puram, New Delhi and completed her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Lady Sriram College, Delhi. She also did MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She started her Television career as an advertising executive at J Walter Thompson, New Delhi. Her signed her first modeling assignment with famous brand Rayban Sunglasses. Her destiny made her land in the Television industry with the show Tol Mol Ke Bol. After which she hosted numerous quiz and game shows.
