Legendary Filmmaker Vishwanath Passed Away

Veteran actor and director K Vishwanath passed away. He was 92. He is known for his films like Sankarabharanam, Swathi Muthyam, Sagara Sangamam, and Swarna Kamalam. He won a national award five times.
K Vishwanath died at his residence in Hyderabad due to age-related illness.
Kasinadhuni Viswanath, a veteran filmmaker, and actor passed away in the early morning of Friday. He was under the treatment for an age-related illness at a private hospital. Due to a sharp decline in the pulse, he succumbed to death on Friday. Director Vishwanath became the 48th recipient of the Dadasaheb Phalke award, which is the highest award in Indian Cinema.
K Viswanath has done a major contribution to Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil cine industries. He had directed over 50 films. He is the recipient of five national film awards, seven Nandi awards, and 10 Filmfare awards. K Vishwanath lived with his wife and three children. Condolences poured in from the industry and high profiles on the untimely demise of the legendary director and actor.
