Latha is the wife of leading actor and choreographer Raghava Lawrence. Raghava Lawrence is a leading actor in Kollywood (Tamil) cine industry. Raghava Lawrence is an Indian choreographer, actor, and director who predominantly works in Tamil film industry. He won 3 Film Fare and 4 Nandi Awards in his career as the best choreographer. He did many social service activities in which he has aided many heart surgeries for babies.

In 2006, he started a charitable trust for the differently-abled, Orphan children and also persons below the poverty line by providing medical, educational and livelihood support to uplift them in their lives towards self-reliance irrespective of their age, caste, creed or community. At present, he is running a residential program for differently-abled, a residential school-support program educating nearly 52 students, Dance School for physically challenged individuals and has more than 10 trained dancers from the school and working for the cause of open-heart surgery of poor children. Latha is also the main reason to start this organization.
