As a social activist, Kiran Naz conveyed her support through her own way. In a day during January 2018, Kiran’s 7 se 8 news reading show gone unusual. She made her daughter sit in front of her while reading the news. She did this as a protest to demand justice for a child named Zainab Ansai who was raped and murdered.
In April 2019, She once again involved in the protest for child Ashan who was accidentally shot dead by police. Kiran wore a bulletproof suit in her 7 se 8 show in order to gain support and create awareness among the people about the issue.
