Joe is the latest Tamil language romantic action drama helmed by Hariharan Ram. The film stars Rio Raj, who plays the titular role and shares screen space with Malavika Manoj, Bhavya, and Anbu Thasan in crucial roles. Dr D Arulanandhu & Mathewo Arulanandhu bankrolled the film under the Vision Cinema House banner. Siddhu Kumar composed all songs and background music for the film.

Storyline
The film revolves around a college in Kerala and Tamil Nadu border. It tells the story of a child’s life in three stages. The different emotions of the protagonists, like Love, friendship, drama, and breakup, are the main crux of the film.
