Step 1: Dial the desired number.
Step 2: Once the Coronavirus awareness started to play, open the dial on your device and press 1 or #.
Step 3: Press the button again if the audio hasn’t stopped.
Step 4: Coronavirus caller tune will be stopped and you will get the regular ring tone.
Method 2: How to Deactivate or Stop Coronavirus Caller Tune?
By following the below steps, the user who tries to call you will not receive the awareness alert while dialling your number. However, you will receive the alert message while you calling. Ask the user at the receiving end to do the same if you don’t want to hear the alert message while calling the respective number.
Step 1: On your device, open the dialer and call *646*224#.
Step 2: Press 1 and select Send to deactivate to stop the alert.
Step 3: That’s it. The alert will be stopped.
