Honour Killing In Krishnagiri: Youth Brutally Murdered In DayLight

Jegan from Krishnagiri was brutally murdered by two men at Dharmapuri National Highways on 21st March. It is reported that a couple named Jegan and Saranya were in love and tied the knot recently despite opposition from the bride’s relatives. After a few days, the groom was attacked by two men armed with sickles.

Krishnagiri SP Saroj Kumar Thakur rushed to the spot and started an investigation. Jegan’s relatives staged protests and refused to receive the body. According to sources, Saranya’s father surrendered at court and confessed that he killed Jegan in frustration.
