Harish Raghavendra Details
Harish Raghavendra was born on 7 January 1976 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Harish Raghavendra family is now residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father name is P.V Raghavendran who is a photographer and his mother name will be updated soon. His schooling details will be updated soon and he did his graduation in Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai. At the age of 21, Harish Raghavendra started his music career in film industry form the movie DiscoverME. Moreover, his first song is a Telugu song for the movie Panjaram and he subsequently sang a song ‘Vaa Saghi‘ for the movie Arasiyal. After this he was not active in the music industry at that time he completed his graduation and took a job as Software Engineer. Software Engineering is the main aim of his career but not music, with that, he has the ambition to become a police officer.

Later he entered into the music industry through the classical song Nirpadhuve Nadapathuve for the movie Bharathi and the song was composed by Ilaiyaraja and this song get him fame along with Tamil Nadu State award. As per the recommendation music director Ilaiyaraja he changed his name from Harish to Harish Raghavendra. Then his song Ye Azhagiye Theeye for the movie Minnale it was composed by Harris Jayaraj which has reached a huge success. He has sung nearly 4000 songs for more than 200 movies. Moreover, he worked with all the well-known music composers like Yuvan Shankar Raja, Vidyasagar, D. Imman, Vijay Antony, Harris Jayaraj and much more. As he has a charming sharp voice he was grabbed by many music directors and sung songs in various languages like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam & Hindi. Now he is one of the leading professional singers in Tamil Music Industry. He also appeared as a judge for many television reality shows with few other famous singers. He used to do a number of live concerts in various countries all around the world.
