Former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee dead at age 93 in AIIMS
Former prime minister and BJP stalwart Atal Bihari Vajpayee has died at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) the hospital in Delhi. He was 93. The three-time prime minister was admitted to the hospital on 11 June 2018 in a critical condition and had been under the supervision of Randeep Guleria, a pulmonologist and currently the Director of AIIMS. Vajpayee was suffering from urinary tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection and kidney problems.

Several politicians had visited the hospital to inquire about the BJP stalwart’s health. Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited AIIMS to enquire about ailing leader”s health condition on Wednesday.
