Famous Music Director Adithyan Passed Away at 63
Famous music director Adithyan passed away in Hyderabad hospital following a kidney problem, sources close to his family said on Wednesday. He was 63. According to sources, Adithyan was not well for the past one week for his kidney ailment and he breathed his last during the late hours of Tuesday, without responding to treatment. Tamil film personalities have been condoling his death.
Adithyan predominantly scored music for Tamil films apart from working in Telugu and Malayalam movies. He has also sung several songs for his own films and for other music directors. He also hosted a culinary show titled as ‘Aadithyan’s Kitchen’ on Jaya TV for eight years.

Also, he was a self-taught artist and his paintings beautified the several walls. In 1992, Adithyan, who started his journey as music composer with Karthik-starrer ‘Amaran’, scored for super hit gangster flick movies such as Seevalaperi Pandi, Lucky Man, Kizhakku Mugam, Aruva Velu, Asuran, Maaman Magal, Colour Kanavugal, and Roja Malare. He was a mentor to many young music talents.
