National Film Awards 2019 Winners: The announcement of the 66th National Film Awards were held in New Delhi. Rahul Rawail, head of the Jury for feature films have submitted their report to Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Friday morning. Totally 419 films competed in various categories for the awards this year.
