More Companies are looking to Hire MBAs And Hike Their Salaries this Year
This year will be magnificent for freshly-minted business school graduates; the market is looking up for MBA by offering job and hiking salaries. Despite concerns about immigration and work visas in the Donald Trump regime, corporate hiring plans for 2017 indicate robust employment opportunities for graduates of management and business master’s programmes.
Around 86% are in the 16th annual Corporate Recruiters Survey, conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) said their company planned to hire new MBA graduates in 2017.
Search for these MBA graduates is strongest in the US and the Asia-Pacific. Around 79% employers expect to hire MBAs in 2017, compared with 68% of these same companies that hired MBAs in 2016.
And 58% of them plan to rise MBAs’ starting annual base salaries either at or above the rate of inflation, about 1.7%.
