He started his acting career with the Balaji Tharaneetharan‘s psychological comedy film “Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom,” in the year 2012. He was inspired by a real-life event and portrayed himself in that movie. In 2018, he made a notable role in the romantic blockbuster movie 96 starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan in lead roles.
