Pillion Gets Fined For Drivers Drunk
Tamil Nadu: According to a new ordinance of Chennai Traffic Police, the passenger will be prosecuted and fined if the driver is drunk. The person or a group accompanying the one driving who is inebriated can be booked for abetting the crime. This new rule will be enforced from tonight (October 20) in Tamil Nadu.
If you’re traveling with drunk drivers, then get ready to pay a fine. This new Motor Vehicles Act is not valid for passengers who are traveling in a cab, taxi, or auto.
