She started her career as a host in Channel V. She won the supermodel reality TV show Get Gorgeous in Channel V. Archana is a big cricket fan and has hosted several cricket matches. She hosted the Neo Cricket India Bangladesh Series in 2015. In the year 2011, she hosted the Audi Generation Football Cup and in 2012 she hosted a very popular cricket show IPL Season 6, which was aired on Set Max. She then hosted IIFA 2013.
