Anand Arnold is a successful physically challenged bodybuilder, actor and model from Ludhiana. He is the best inspiration for budding wheelchair bodybuilders. As an actor, he featured in the Telugu movie Supreme (2016) Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna in lead roles. Anand lives in Las Vegas, where he works as brand ambassador and actor in HaleLife Nutrition and Fitness Pvt Ltd. He has also featured in Coalgate DEVOTED.

Spine Surgery: He is not physically challenged by birth, Anand faced lower spine pain in his teenage and doctor confirmed it as spinal cancer. After a surgery, Anand recovered from cancer but he became paralyzed by that surgery and spent three years in bed.
Awards: His bodybuilding passion was born when he was 13 years old. He did not give up his passion even after the spine surgery. Coach Ravi Parashar helped him a lot to bring back his fitness after surgery. Anand Arnold won several awards by participating in bodybuilding shows like Mr Gold Ludhiana, Mr Olympia, Mr. India (3 times), Mr. Punjab (12 times) etc.,
He also featured in the reality television show India Got Talent to display his stunt performance.
Along with Allen Woodman, Anand wrote and released his inspirational life story as a book with the name Weightless: A True Story of Courage and Inspiration.
Diet: Anand prefers only natural diet by avoiding artificial health supplements. He eats 20 egg per day along with banana milkshake, chicken breast and boiled rice.
In an interview, he shared his regret that politicians did not offer any contribution for him regarding sponsorship.
