Akshaya Rao entered into the Kollywood industry in the year 2003 with the film named “Kovilpatti Veeralakshmi”. She then did a few more films like “Thullum Kaalam”, “Kalabhak Kadhalan”, “Pazhaniyappa Kalloori”, “Uliyin Osai”, “Engal Aasan”, “Gaja”,“Uyarthiru 420”, and More.
