Actor Jai was born on 6th April 1985 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Actor Jai Family was a musician family and his uncle Deva is a familiar music composer and music director who predominantly works for Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada movies. He did his education at Trinity College London in Keyboard. Once before he enters into the Tamil film industry he worked as a keyboardist with his uncle Deva. Actor Jai is a great fan of Yuvan Shankar Raja who is one of the predominantly music director in Tamil Film Industry.
Apart from acting, he is interested in car racing, during his interview he said that he was inspired by actor Ajith Kumar. Moreover, the first time in his life he participated in JK Tyre National Racing Championship-2014 held in Sriperumbudur, Chennai.
