Pakistan Army lofted indiscriminate firing in Nowshera of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir this day, warning the Indian Army to hit back with the same force. Pakistan had trashed ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu’s Krishna Ghati sector. In Shahpur area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, a woman was injured after the Pakistan army man opened fire on Indian posts and forward villages alongside the Line of Control (LoC).

On Monday Pakistani began shooting and mortar shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sectors and Krishna Ghati in Jammu and Kashmir with the Indian army reciprocating to the attacks.

“The Pakistan man armed forces trashed ceasefire with tiny arms, automatics rocket projectile grenades (RPG), recoilless rifles and plasters in Lam sector along the LoC. Indian Army reciprocating strongly and effectively” told Manish Mehta Defence spokesman Lt Col.

“This is the ninth ceasefire floating by Pakistan Army since June 1 and the sixth in the past 72 hours,” announced Lt Col Manish Mehta. “The circumstance is under control now. We don’t have a portray of any casualty as of now,” he joined.

Earlier, the Pakistan Army had begun indiscriminate firing of tiny arms, automatics and filling. He also informed that firing of tiny arms, automatics RPG, recoilless rifles and plaster started in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district.

This is the second ceasefire contravention in Krishna Ghati sector in two days. On Saturday Pakistani armed forces had violated ceasefire along the Line of Control in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district.

On Sunday Pakistan Army had started indiscriminate firing thrice along the Line of Control (LoC) in various sectors of Jammu and Kashmir.

The early ceasefire was at the Bhimber Gali sector in Rajouri district after which; the Pakistan Rangers initiated firing on forwarding BSF (Border Security Forces) armed forces in Ramgarh Sector of Samba district on the international border.

Later on Sunday, Pakistan trashed ceasefire along the LoC in Nowshera sector. Defence sources stated that more than 200 armed terrorists are waiting on initiating pads across the LOC (Line of Control) from Phallanwalla in Jammu to Kupwara-Baramulla sectors in Kashmir valley.
